Ian Schutter, a Nixon Vanderhye Patent Agent, concentrates his practice on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in mechanical-related areas. For more than two decades, Ian has handled technologies related to medical devices, manufacturing equipment, disk drive components, tooling equipment, and automotive components.
Prior to joining Nixon Vanderhye in 2004, Ian was employed by a general practice law firm as a Technical Consultant and Patent Agent. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USTPO).
