Litigation Paralegal
Job Description:
• Oversee document collection and production
• Assist attorneys with preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Perform legal and factual research
• Cite checking briefs and preparing exhibits for filing
• File and organize pleadings and discovery materials
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of litigation experience
• Excellent organizational skills for prioritizing and handling multiple projects and tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficiency in Relativity software
• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving, editing, and proofreading ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work some overtime and/or travel
